Our team is made up of Information Technology professionals as well as Law Enforcement. This combination allows us to deliver high performance technology solutions embedding world leading emergency services practices.

Our implementation team works closely with your ogansiation to make sure our incident management methodology converges with your organisations roles and procedures. In this way, the solution provides the best fit for your organisation so you can continue working how you know best.

We offer a licence based subscription service based on the number of users. This includes ongoing support. It is also recommended that we work closely with you during the initial implementation phase so you too become an incident management expert.

We have two implementation models. Typically, the application and your data will be hosted by us on our secure cloud tenant. Alternatively, you may wish to operate the application and store your data on your on-premises infrastructure. Our implementation team can work with you to help you decide.

 AKSYS Systems must not access, or attempt to access any personal information or data, or any information, data or other materials that is hosted on any of Your systems or infrastructure (including in connection with the Software). If AKSYS Systems is provided with any such information, data or other materials, it must not use such information and must immediately delete or destroy it, unless otherwise agreed in writing by You. Managing incidents and emergencies in your organisation is often sensitive in nature. We make sure your data is secured with comprehensive cyber security practices and ongoing monitoring. We can provide platform services that are classified up to Protected.

Forward Command is predominantly built on the Microsoft Power Platform and consists of Model Driven and Canvass Apps with some Dynamics and custom components. It leverages the flexibility of Dataverse  for back end and Power Automate for workflow. Azure components are also used (storage, event hubs etc). The platform integrates easily into the Microsoft ecosystem, however, integrations to external systems are also possible with out of the box and custom connectors available. The platform is also supported by a dedicated Mobile App based on React Native.
